Our Lemon Meringue starts with a vanilla wafer crust, followed by a layer of fresh-squeezed lemon filling that's expertly mounded with thick, toasted clouds of meringue.  This palate cleanser is only available for a limited time.  Served daily by the slice or purchase a whole pie online or at any of our two Seattle bakeries located in West Seattle and Ballard.
